Sirma Group has officially completed the acquisition of a controlling stake in Roweb Development SA, expanding its presence in the regional market and complementing its existing portfolio of IT services. This strategic acquisition enables Sirma Group to offer even more comprehensive technological solutions to clients.
The deal was completed under the leadership of Dmytro Baranovskiy, M&A Director at Capital Times.
