  • Spin-off of Creatio’s Integration Department: Separated the integration department of one of the leading global CRM system developers, Creatio, into an independent business structure, improving business management efficiency.

  • Attraction of Horizon Capital as a Minority Shareholder:  Successfully attracted Horizon Capital as a minority shareholder in one of the largest Ukrainian IT companies, Intellias, contributing to its further development and international market expansion.

  • Sale of SolbefSoft’s Majority Stake: Sold a majority stake of the outsourcing IT company SolbefSoft to strategic partner Helmes, optimizing operations and opening new opportunities for both companies.
