On December 14, 2017, a regular meeting of the Registry Advisory Board of the National Registry of Corporate Directors was held. The members of the Registry Advisory Board conducted a series of interviews and discussed the current issues of the work of the Registry Advisory Board. For the first time, all the members of the Registry Advisory Board agreed unanimously on a positive decision to include the first three directors to the Registry. According to the decision of the Registry Advisory Board, three following Directors were included in the Registry:
Iryna Starodubova, Associate Partner of Capital Times. She has experience in developing and implementing corporate governance system in twenty companies as a member of the Supervisory Board or top manager;
Yuriy Blashchuk, Advisor to the Minister of Finance of Ukraine, Chief Expert on Banking Supervision of the National Bank of Ukraine, member of the supervisory boards of Ukrainian and foreign banks;
Oksana Strashna, a member of the board of the Ukrainian Business Angels Association (UAngels), a member of the Board of Directors / Mentor of SocPrime, Inc.; she has more than 20 years of experience in investment consulting work and supervisory boards.
By their decision, the members of the Registry Advisory Board demonstrate the readiness to recommend directors for appointment to supervisory boards of both Ukrainian and foreign companies.
