Capital Times, a leading investment company in the Republic of Belarus, has acted as an exclusive financial advisor in the sale of 100% of TeleSet LLC which is one of the largest operators of cable television and broadband Internet in Gomel to the company Alternativnaya Tsifrovaya Set LLC (brands "Atlant Telecom", "Shparki Damavik"). Shareholders of the buyer are the International Automobile Holding Company "Atlant-M", a Private Equity fund SMH managed by "ZUBR Capital", European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
Minsk, October 20, 2011 - under the agreement terms the company Alternativnaya Tsifrovaya Set LLC owns a 100% shares in TeleSet LLC.
The transaction price is not disclosed upon mutual agreement of the parties.
