Minsk, Belarus, October 21, 2011 – Capital Times, a leading investment company in the Republic of Belarus, has acted as sole financial advisor in the sale of 100% shares in LLC "Teleset", one of the major cable television operators and broadband Internet in Gomel, to FLLC "Alternative Digital Network" company (brands "Atlant Telecom", "ShparkiDamavik"), where shareholders are the International automobile Holding Company "Atlant-M", a private equity fund managed by SMH "Bison Capital", European Bank for reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Capital Times’ Managing Partner Erik Nayman D.E. elected as one of seventeen members of the "Ukrainian Exchange" PJSC Index Committee. We remind that a committee is composed of "the Ukrainian Exchange" employees, employees of the companies - members of the Exchange, scientific and other organizations which in their judgment considered to be independent experts. Personal membership of the Committee is approved by the Board of the “Ukrainian Exchange” for a term of one year by a single list.
